FMU - Flight Prep

Recent cooperation with Florida Memorial University has allowed our cadets to receive FAA Ground Instruction. The course is mostly self paced and once cadets show proficiency in all subjects covered. They will be approved to take the FAA Written Exam and be endorsed for flight training.

Lessons are open open to ALL CAP Cadets not only Opa Locka's. Lessons will be held on Tuesday afternoons by the university Aviation Chief.
